Why do I have to pay extra for my website name? Website names are not free. The registration fee must be paid to the domain registrar when the name is submitted for approval. Hosting companies that offer free domain names charge either a set-up fee or higher monthly hosting fees to pay for the domain registration.

How much bandwidth do I need? A less than you think. Bandwidth will rarely be an issue unless you operate a website that transfers a lot of files such as movie or song downloads.

How much disk space do I need? The amount of disk space you're likely to need depends entirely on the content of your website. Songs can be as large as 20Mb. Videos be as large as 600 - 700Mb.
